Homeless cat sneaks into zoo to befriend lynx...
AN UNUSUAL friendship has blossomed between a European Lynx and a stray cat at Russia’s oldest zoo in St. Petersburg.
The bond between the two felines was immediate and since day one, the purr-fect pair have been inseparable.
The companionship began when the homeless cat would sneak into the Lynx’s enclosure to steal food and water.
Rather than dismissing the thief, the Lynx decided to embrace it with open arms.
Since day one the two have found camaraderie in each other’s presence.
This is not the first time a situation like this has occurred and we’re sure it won’t be the last.
Domestic cats have been bought in to act as surrogate mothers of Lynx cubs that mother’s have abandoned.
Domestic cats have been known to remain mothers to their adoptive lynx cubs regardless of lynx's growing twice their size.
There have been reports of quite a few
cross-species animal friendships in the past including the pairing of a cheetah
and golden retriever and a meerkat and husky.
Pain relief

Slightly under if anything appears to have arthritis attack him as a rapid onset, unless he has had a stumble Sat night we are unaware of, he seems to be frail but improves as day goes on(warms up) he wimpers if we try and touch and cries when he gets up or down a step, he still wants to follow me around and wont rest
